Yesterday at 12:30 noon I call at hq dop they told me
that the letter has been already dispatched to candidate & reached within 2 or 3 days but they not clear that this is appointment letter or state allocation letter

does ssc give interview room mark sheet through rti? ssc denied it to me citing confidentiality of interview room marksheet.

Is there any possibility to alter ones allocated state with the one desired by intervention of influential person ?
