Sir pls tell me that agr koi candidate 2014 cgl se css assistant training ke liye qualified hota h or training centre allot krte samya candidate ko ye kha jata h ki usse 20 sal ki age complete na krne ke karan disqualified kiya ja rha h css se to kya ssc usse second preference dene ke liye responsible h Kyo ki candidate ne apni age phle hi css or ssc ke samne mention kr rkhi ho to ssc ka kya jwab hoga sir pls reply pls
