why would u give SAS exam in telecom there is no point …. u have a very good department … Divisional Accountant is a very good post …..
and yes u can give SAS exam for CAG and shift to ur job from divisioanal accountant to AAO but that will not be a good idea
AAO is a gazzted post and salary and some extra benefit is all consider in AAO .

SAS k bad aap AAO ban jaoge … rest depends on ur state k seniority list kitni lambi hai kyoki uske bad sare promotion time based honge …. but min 3 bhi count karoge toh u must reach 6600 or 7600 grade pay ( officer under Indian Audit and Accounts Department )
